		<description>um...yeah. So I went into this not really sure what to expect. I mean, after PW&#039;s entry on her site and how she described the otherworldly taste, I was skeptical but hopeful.  I cut my first meatball in half and went in for it. It was good...but I was initially disappointed because of the work up.

Strange.  Less than a minute later, I was practically ready to marry these meatballs. There must be some sort of delay with my palate.  :)

I had mine with buttered egg noodles, but I was very upset that I had no mashed potatoes. They really should be served with mashed. So yes, make these. Make these now. Yum. suitNtie may have one. But that is it. MINE.</description>
