So I went into this not really sure what to expect. I mean, after PW's entry on her site and how she described the otherworldly taste, I was skeptical but hopeful. I cut my first meatball in half and went in for it. It was good...but I was initially disappointed because of the work up. Strange. Less than a minute later, I was practically ready to marry these meatballs. There must be some sort of delay with my palate. :) I had mine with buttered egg noodles, but I was very upset that I had no mashed potatoes. They really should be served with mashed.
