I’m glad you liked it! I remember being pretty unhappy with it as I made it (almost exactly like the recipe). It was just too soggy all around. Maybe I’ll revisit it sometime, I felt like it had so much potential.

I finally tried this one. I couldn’t find the shredded chicken, so I settled for the pork one (still the honey hickory flavor).
Also, I forgot to buy a sweet onion and didn’t want to risk putting a yellow onion in. So I substituted another apple.
I found it to be pretty darn delicious. All you taste really is that bbq sauce, but I love the combination of all the textures.

Delicious option definitely, I liked the combination of ingredients. Can’t wait for baking this in order i can taste it bymyself. This receipe would be good for snack, just when you feel hungry.

Was not impressed with this one. I was so underwhelmed that I’m not even going to go into details. I ended up eating a PB&J.
