I thought these had the potential to be good...but MAN. YUM! I was in love!!! suitNtie and I are not avocado fans, but in the spirit of the recipe, I did include two very thin slices of each in both of our burgers and neither of us had any issues.
It was a messy but amazing burger. The vinaigrette dressed romaine is really important for the burger considering that the meat is not really seasoned...I missed the dressing in the bites of burger I had that the lettuce had slipped out. And it slipped out a lot, but it was okay, I ate it all up after with the fork. I like that the vinaigrette would be great with any other chicken dish, too.
